At Ready Pack, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, since we sell digital products, we have the following cancellation and refund policy:
1. No Refunds on Digital Products
✔ Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations after a purchase is completed.
✔ Once a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be returned.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We may issue a refund only under the following conditions:
✔ You purchased the same product twice by mistake.
✔ The product file is corrupt or inaccessible, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
3. Requesting a Refund
If you meet the refund criteria, please email us within 7 days of purchase at support@readypack.shop with:
✔ Your order ID
✔ A description of the issue
✔ Proof of payment
Our team will review your request and process refunds, if applicable, within 48 business Hours (Mostly within 24 hours).
Incase of any refund is approved, it will take 5 to 7 business days to get credited to your original payment method
